Free trial. All Zuzan plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. We encourage you to evaluate the platform fully during this period before subscribing.
Monthly subscriptions. Because a free trial is provided before any charge is made, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Your access remains active until the end of the paid period.
Annual subscriptions. If you cancel an annual subscription within 30 days of the renewal charge, we will refund a pro-rata amount for the unused full months remaining, less any applicable transaction fees. Cancellations after 30 days of renewal are not eligible for a refund.
Add-ons. Payroll and other add-ons follow the same refund terms as the base plan they are attached to.
Service interruption. If a verified technical failure on our side prevents you from accessing Zuzan for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may request a credit for the affected days. Please contact support@solutha.co.za with details.
Cancel anytime. You may cancel your Zuzan subscription at any time — there are no long-term contracts, lock-in periods, or cancellation fees.
How to cancel. Cancel from Settings → Subscription inside the app, or email support@solutha.co.za. We will confirm cancellation within one business day.
Access after cancellation. Your account remains fully active until the end of the current billing period. After that date, access is suspended and no further charges are made.
Your data. After cancellation you have 30 days to export your data (invoices, reports, payroll records) before the account is permanently closed. Email support if you need assistance with the export.
Cooling-off period. Under the South African Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel within 5 business days of entering a new subscription without penalty, with a full refund of any amount paid.
